Robert J. Youmans, PhD

Although Dr. Youmans is primarily an academic, he also occasionally works as a private consultant to companies seeking to improve the human factors of their products or systems. In addition, he sometimes speaks at companies who are interested in learning more about Human Factors psychology. He also has established several long-term relationships with select companies in the Los Angeles area that are interested in working with graduate students from the CSUN human factors program. Many former graduate students who have filled these student internships have now moved into full time consulting or in-house Human Factors positions.
